Her work spans diverse media including spoken and written text, poetry, soundscapes, video, installation, live performance, and spatial and visual design.

She creates works that navigate cultural identity, spatial perception, and embodied language, exploring the nuances that emerge through transnational experience. Collaboration is central to her process — she engages with people across cultures, disciplines, and perspectives to foster exchange and co-creation. Rooted in an ongoing inquiry into spatial theory, anthropology, and both verbal and non-verbal communication, her practice approaches choreography as a method of spatial composition. This perspective informs both her staged works and her interdisciplinary collaborations. She often integrates improvisational strategies with choreographic structures, crafting works that question visibility, identity, and the politics of expression.

Alongside her own creations, she contributes as a performer, movement director, choreographic assistant, and collaborator in research and concept development across theatre, installation, and design contexts. She is committed to processes that foreground marginalised perspectives and intersectional approaches within contemporary performance and art.
